New Excise Tariffs for Tobacco Products

The Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 198/PMK.010/2015 (“Amendment”) on the Second Amendment to Ministerial Regulation No. 179/PMK.011/2012 on Excise Tariffs for Tobacco Products(“2012 Regulation”).[1] With the ultimate goal in mind of increasing state revenue, the Amendment updates the excise tariffs for tobacco.
 
The Amendment is of relevance to all producers, importers, and sellers of tobacco products in Indonesia.
 
Excise Tariffs
