Forestry Regulation on Borrow-to-Use Forestry Areas Amended

Minister of Forestry has issued Regulation No. P.38/MENHUT-II/2012 (“Amendment”), which is an amendment to Regulation No. P.18/Menhut-II/2011 on Guidelines on Borrow-to-Use Forestry Areas (“Regulation”) (for a discussion on the Regulation, SeeILB No. 1648).

The Amendment aims to address changes made to Government Regulation No. 24 of 2010 (PP 24/2012) on Forest Area Utilization through the issuance of Government Regulation No. 61 of 2012 (PP 61/2012) (for a discussion on PP 61/2012, seeILB No.1966).
