Draft Regulation on Assets of Public Health Insurance Program

The Government is currently drafting a Regulation (“Draft Regulation”) on Social Security Agency Assets and Social Security Health Fund Asset Management.

As the name of the Draft Regulation indicates, its provisions cover:

1.	Social Security Health Fund Assets (Aset Dana Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan - “Health Fund Assets”); and
2.	Assets of the agency responsible for health insurance, the Social Security Agency for Health or BPJS Kesehatan (Aset Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan - “BPJS Kesehatan Assets”)
