Delegated Authority to Issue Agriculture-Related Business License Reregulated

The Minister of Agriculture (“Minister”) has issued Decree No. 1312/Kpts/KP.340/12/2014 on Delegation of Authority to Issue Business Licenses for Agriculture Investment to the Head of the Capital Investment Coordinating Board (“2014 Decree”).

The 2014 Decree implements Presidential Regulation No. 97 of 2014 on One-Stop Integrated Service (“2014 Regulation”), which mandates all licensing procedures to be performed through the One-Stop Integrated Service organized by the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (“BKPM”).
