The Director-General of Customs and Excise (“Director-General”) has issued Regulation No. PER-13/BC/2023 of 2023 (“Regulation 13/2023”) on Procedures for the Storage, Entry, Release and Transportation of Excisable Goods (Barang Kena Cukai – “BKC”). The issuance of Regulation 13/2023 simultaneously repeals and replaces Regulation of the Director-General No. PER-2/BC/2015 of 2015, which bore the same title, along with its amendment (collectively referred to as “Regulation 2/2015”).[1]
