The 2014 Regulation improves the framework for health level assessments of Sharia banks and Sharia business units, as previously regulated under Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 9/1/PBI/2007 on the Health Level Assessment System for Sharia-Based Commercial Banks (?2007 Regulation?).

In an effort to update the regulatory framework for work health and safety in government construction projects, the Minister of Public Works (?Minister?) has issued Regulation No. 05/PRT/M/2014 of 2014 on Guidelines for Work Health and Safety Management Systems in Public Construction Works (?2014 Regulation?).

Additionally, the 2014 Regulation sets out the procedures for securing the necessary licenses for the import, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages. Moreover, it includes control and oversight provisions by governmental institutions.
